Sr. Scientist of Organic Synthesis

(Job Code: GL-C001)


Qualification:
  • Ph. D. degree major in organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry; or Master degree with more than three years of working experience; or BS degree with more than eight years of working experience;
  • Love organic synthesis and interested in drug R&D;
  • Experienced in design, synthesis, purification and characterization of small molecules with demonstrated ability to perform multi-step synthesis;
  • Experienced in spectroscopic (NMR, MS, IR, UV) and chromatographic (flash, TLC, PLC, HPLC) techniques;
  • Have a track record of excellence as demonstrated by scientific publication and/or by inventions; or lead research project in either industry or academy;
  • Good in literature search, knowledgeable in database and software applications;
  • Innovative, self-motivated with high accountability and independent research ability; good team worker; excellent organizational and written / oral communication skills in Chinese and acceptable communication ability in English;
  • Management experience will be a plus.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Design, synthesize, purify and characterize small molecule drug leads and /or candidates from milligram to kilogram scales;
  • Conduct research and large scale synthesis as well as lead generation and lead optimization for SAR studies;
  • Document, summarize and report experiment results following the SOP requirements, and communicate research data;
  • Maintain chemistry lab safety.

Scientist of Organic Synthesis

(Job Code: GL-C002)

Qualification:
  • Master degree major in organic chemistry or related field; or BS degree with more than three years of lab experience of organic chemistry;
  • Love organic synthesis and interested in drug R&D;
  • Experience in the synthesis, purification and characterization of organic compounds with demonstrated ability to perform multi-step synthesis.
  • Experienced in spectroscopic (NMR, MS, IR, UV) and chromatographic (flash, TLC, PLC, HPLC) techniques;
  • Good in literature search, knowledgeable in database and software applications;
  • Honest, serious, responsible, self-motivated, teamwork spirit and innovative with high accountability and independent research ability; good team player; excellent organizational and communication skills;
 
Responsibilities:

  • Experienced or knowledgeable in spectroscopic (NMR, MS, IR, UV) and chromatographic (flash, TLC, PLC, HPLC) techniques as well as literature search and software application;
  • Honest, serious, responsible, self-motivated, teamwork spirit and innovative with high accountability; good team player.
 
Responsibilities:
