FTE Based Services

FTE (Full-Time Equivalents) based services enable our clients to outsource a number of projects without the need for individual quotes. An online monitoring and reporting system allows project managers to oversee the progress of projects at any time through a secure website. The project team at Granlen will interact with the customer's project management team via regular conference calls, daily E-mails, and bi-weekly reports to seek advice and discuss solutions for potential hurdles if encountered.
