Screening and Focused Libraries

Granlen’s leadership has a long history of success with combinatorial and automated chemistry and has provided tens of thousands of samples to clients.  While our primary expertise is integration of automation into hit to lead and lead optimization processes, we also provide services to design and synthesize screening libraries that are lead-like or drug-like and are either diversity-focused or target-focused.   Library synthesis can be accomplished to meet our clients’ needs utilizing solution- and/or solid-phase combinatorial technologies.

Our unique specialty is design and production of nucleoside libraries.  We also offer rationally designed libraries around specific target classes and provide libraries that are:

  • Nucleoside libraries
  • Heterocyclic and macrocyclic libraries
  • Nuclear receptor-targeted libraries
  • Kinase-targeted libraries
  • GPCR-targeted libraries
  • Ion channel-targeted libraries
  • Protease-targeted libraries

All of our libraries are designed with the customer in mind and we strive to meet your specific needs.  We will use Ro5 guidelines to produce lead-like or drug-like samples in the quantities and qualities that you desire.  We provide the synthetic protocols, offer fast re-supply, and provide libraries on an exclusive basis.
